Thanks for visiting!

Welcome! This is the place where I share my artsy and crafty projects. I am an evolving artist these days ... finding myself enjoying less of the cards and mini albums that I have made for years, and turning to art journaling and more artistic endeavors. I have always enjoyed some craft or other, and some of my earliest memories of my mother helping me make paper dolls and other crafts. I am now in my 60's and finding myself more passionately enjoying creating beautiful things and learning new skills and techniques and products.

While you are here I hope you will find inspiration and ideas for making your own projects, however any images or projects you find here are my personal property and should not be used for your own monetary gain, or for contests or challenges. Thank You!

Cute Card Thursday Challenge # 98

My husband has two ladies in his office who will be having babies in coming weeks, so I thought I'd take the Cute Card Thursday challenge to make a card with 'spots and dots' and make a baby card.  Here is my take on the challenge . . .

And here is all the info . . .

Product Info:
  • Card base and baby buggy are made from DCWV Pastel cardstock stack
  • Pink and spotted 'label' cut from American Crafts 'the goods' Pat-A-Cake paper (reverse sides)
  • Labels cut using Cuttlebug and Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels 1
  • Ribbon from stash (I actually bought it on ebay and it came from Hong Kong - great price!)
  • Stickles 'crystal'
  • Pearls from Prima 'e.' line Pearls and Crystals
  • Purple rhinestones from K & Company
Cricut Info:
  • Base card cut on Walk in My Garden cartridge, card 2 set at 5"
  • Baby carriage (pram) cut on Mothers Day 2010 cartridge  Baby Carriage and Baby Carriage shadow set at 2 1/2 inches
It's a new week folks, so I hope you have a great one!  I'll be back in a couple of days with another challenge, but until then, be blessed!  Becky
