This week's challenge over at Papercraft Star is to make a project using this photo . . .
as your inspiration. Love the vibrant yellow and orange played off of the black and white print . . . very pretty! And here is my card based on the challenge . . .
Supplies:
- Base card stock - DCWV
- Patterned paper - The Paper Studio
- Sentiment - SRM Stickers
- Ribbon - Vintage rayon from an estate sale
- Love tag and safety pin - Anna Griffin
Tools Used:
- Cricut Expression and Walk In My Garden cartridge
- Scissors, craft knife, rotary cutter, ruler
Cricut Cuts:
- Card base cut using Walk In My Garden cartridge, card2 set at 5"
Once I figured out what I wanted to do, this was a really quick and easy card. And the colors are so pretty, although not my usual colors. Thanks for visiting today, and I hope to see you back very soon! Blessings, Becky

Love the simplicity of this one.
Ooh I just love the damask paper! A classic! I thought the same thing about the colors for this challenge, but after creating my card I also loved the end result. Just like your card, it sure is a beauty! Thanks for sharing your creation with us at Papercraft Star! I always enjoy seeing what you bring us!
I am echoing Kim here - everything is so fresh and clean, and you really took that picture and ran with it. It would be a favorite card of mine even without the picture challenge. Thank you for sharing your talent with us at Papercraft Star Becky - always a treat!
Wow. I am loving it!
Classy is what comes to mind when I look at your card. It's neat and crisp and well balanced. Beautiful work Becky! So glad to have you back with us again this week at Papercraft Star!
I think your card is absolutley beautiful!
